Following the European elections and given CONCORD's focus of work, CONCORD continued during the first semester 2010 to link better with the stake-holders within the European Commission and Parliament.
The confederation met with Commissioner Piebalgs on his first day of office and has met a number of times since then with his Cabinet. CONCORD has also met with M. Barroso, with Baroness Ashton and the Council President Mister Van Rompuy. CONCORD made presentations to the Development Committee of the Parliament and to the Working Party on Development (CoDev).
